In 2006 I set up Shoesforkids as a hobby run from home after I was made redundant from my marketing job (after having my son (and inspiration), Harrison). From an initial 50 pairs of shoes on the site (as I am sure some of you will remember!) it has now grown to a full-time business. In late 2008 we became VAT registered (GB 937 8852 65) and later that year we invested in new premises which means that we can hold a lot more stock!

In November 2009 my husband Clive joined the business as a partner (incorporating chief packer,  warehouseman & accountant!).

I never in my wildest dreams thought it would grow to where it has today and most of it is down to you mums! I hope that we offer a great, friendly service and testament to this is the many mums (and dads, grandparents...) that come back and buy from us again!

We can supply Clarks, Start-Rite, Chipmunks, Buckle My Shoe, Richter, Garvalin, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Beppi, Noel, and many others - but our stocks and sizes of shoes are limited and are dependent upon availability from our suppliers. Consequently they tend to sell out very quickly.
