Delivery
Information
Orders placed by 12 noon are usually dispatched
the same day (Monday - Friday) wherever
possible. We aim to keep you informed via email
of the progress of your order. If you require an
update at any stage though, please do not
hesitate to contact us. |
Returns,
Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase
from Shoes For Kids. If, for any reason, you
aren't then we want to know so please email

How to
return an item
You may return any products you have
purchased within 14 days of delivery for any
reason (including if you have simply changed
your mind). In order to claim a refund,
returned goods must be in their original
packaging and in the same condition as when
dispatched by Shoes For Kids

Return the items by royal mail
via your local post office.
Please ask for a proof of
posting

Once we receive the shoes in a
satisfactory condition, we shall
refund the cost of the goods
minus the postage charge
(subject to a £1 restocking
fee), to the original account
charged. Refunds will be paid as
soon as possible, usually within
48 hours.

Customers are liable for the
cost of returning shoes back to
us.

Please
remember to put a copy of your PayPal
payment or relevant paperwork in with the
shoes you are returning so we know who they
are from!
Postage costs will only be refunded if the
goods received were incorrect, faulty or
damaged on receipt, and photographic
evidence may be required to support a claim.
We will not refund postage on orders
returned "Not Called For" by Royal Mail. |
Refund
Policy
A full refund for the cost of the shoes
(less a £1 restocking fee for each pair
returned) will be issued if they are
returned back to us (unfortunately at your
cost) within 14 days and in the same
condition as when we sent them out.
Shoes returned after this period and/or in
worse condition will not qualify for any
refund.
If a replacement pair of shoes is required
(because the originals did not fit) then an
additional £2.00 for the first pair and
£1.50 for subsequent pairs is required to
cover extra postage & packing (UK) - for
overseas charges please contact us.
If replacement shoes are a result of a
manufacturing fault with the original pair -
these will be supplied free of charge.
You are responsible for return postage costs
so please obtain a proof of posting. If the
product is faulty we will refund the cost of
postage. The above is in addition to your
statutory rights, which remain unaffected,
but we shall not be liable to you or any
third party for any indirect or
consequential loss or damage. |
Lost Parcel
Policy
We cannot accept responsibility for lost
parcels. But all shoes are posted first
class in the UK (Airmail overseas) and a
certificate of posting & receipt will always
be obtained by us.
In the rare event that a parcel does go
missing, you will need to file a claim
against the post office.
We will, however, be happy to forward all
information (receipt / certificate) on
request, to the post office, along with all
relevant PayPal or other payment details to
help with your claim.
We also cannot be held responsible if
details of your address on your PayPal
account are out of date which results in a
parcel being sent to the wrong address.

Policy
We are an independent family company. Our
privacy policy is simple - we do not share
information with anyone.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only collect information that you
give at the time of ordering (in accordance
with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The information we hold will be accurate and
up to date. You can check the information
that we hold about you by emailing us.
Your details WILL NOT be passed on to anyone
else. We may, however, periodically email
you with information relating to this
website or any forthcoming affiliated sites.
If you wish to be removed from our mailing
list at any time just email us.
For security all credit card transactions
are handled via a secure server and
processed by PayPal. Shoes For Kids have no
access to your credit card details.
The above term and conditions do not affect
your statutory rights.

Shoes For Kids has made every
effort to reproduce colours on
the site as accurately as
possible. However, exact colour
matches are not possible over
the internet and therefore
actual colours may differ from
what you see on screen. If you
are not satisfied with the
colour of the product you have
received, we operate a returns
policy.
- Children's shoes are not
subject to VAT in the UK.
- The prices are subject to
change without notice.
- Delivery will be made to the
address specified in your
payment. Delivery is made by
Royal Mail. For delivery
charges, please see our postal
rates.
- Title in the goods shall not
pass to you until we have
received full monies owed by
you.
- All risk of loss or damage
shall pass to you upon delivery.
- Shoesforkids reserves the
right to alter these terms and
conditions from time to time by
posting new ones on this
website. This does not affect
your statutory rights.
- Please note that customers
outside the EU may incur local
taxes and import duties, which
may involve slight delays. The
customer is solely responsible
for the payment of any of these
additional charges that may be
imposed.

We aim to offer an efficient
and courteous service to our customers. It
is our policy to acknowledge all orders and
notify you upon despatch. If our service
falls below that to which you have a right
to expect, or you have any suggestions for
the improvement of this site, please contact
us.
If you are unhappy with the service you
receive from
Shoes For Kids, please
contact us immediately in order that we can
rectify the situation. All emails will be
responded to within 3 days. We will also
keep you informed of everything we are doing
to correct the situation until the problem
has been resolved. |
