It’s not just another order…

We’re a small company, there’s myself (Laura) and my husband Clive handling your orders, sometimes our son, Harrison helps out too. When your order comes in a human being prints it off, goes and picks the shoes and makes sure everything looks fine. If there’s ever a problem we email you straight away. And we make sure your order is despatched as quickly as possible.

Our couriers are Royal Mail. Why? Because they’re great at picking up from our small village in the Yorkshire Dales, even when it snows and we find that your postie generally knows you, how to find your house and where to leave your parcel.

Worried about being out? We can deliver to a different delivery address such as your work, your gran’s or your neighbour’s. Just fill in the delivery address when you check out.

UK Delivery Options (max 6 pairs)

We like your order to be delivered quickly…

Living in a small village the team does a lot of online shopping and we know how frustrating it is to wait…and wait…and wait…

So for us it means FAST! If you order from us we despatch your order as quickly as possible. If you order by noon Monday to Friday your order nearly always gets shipped the same day.

Our UK 24/48 Tracked Delivery service is fast. Around 98% of packages will arrive next day on a 24 tracked (working day Monday to Friday) but some orders will take a little longer so please allow 2 days (or up to a week in the run up to Xmas). It’s a fully tracked service giving extra reliability plus we will know if your order has arrived safely. Once your parcel has been collected by Royal Mail we will send a confirmatory email to let you know your parcel has been shipped. Any concerns please call or email us – the sooner we know something has gone amiss, the quicker we can sort it out.

Deliveries will take longer in bad weather periods such as heavy snow. Our couriers are only human, they can only do their best.

What if I truly need my order straightaway?

Sometimes fast just isn’t fast enough… you’re packing for the weekend or a holiday and have realised your little ones have no sandals… you forget they’re back to school…and suddenly you really need your order tomorrow…

Choose the UK Guaranteed NEXT DAY service. *This is a Guaranteed Next Working Day service. But please note: you need to order before our 12pm cut off on a weekday. We do not post on Saturdays so if you order over the weekend your order will arrive on Tuesday. This service is not available for the Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. All Guaranteed NEXT DAY orders require a signature on delivery.

Tracking Your Order – UK

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email providing a tracking number.

For UK based orders, the Royal Mail 24 or 48 tracked service offers simple and limited information. This will state when the package was dispatched, when it was received by Royal Mail, and when delivery was made or attempted.

Overseas Deliveries (Max 4 Pairs)

WESTERN EUROPE TRACKED – We deliver to the following countries: Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland, Malta, Portugal.

EASTERN EUROPE TRACKED/SIGNED ONLY: – We deliver to the following countries: Turkey, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Hungary.

REST OF THE WORLD – TRACKED & SIGNED ONLY: – We deliver to the following countries: Kazakhstan, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, South Africa (signed only)

There may be some countries that are not listed above, if you would like to order from us just drop us an email and we will see what we can do!

But please note: Although your bank may authorise the transaction during the purchasing process it may still fail the fraud checks if you’re shipping to a different address than your card address or you’re using the card outside of the country where it was issued. We strongly recommend that Non UK customers use PAYPAL which always works a treat or at least make sure that you are shipping to your billing address.

To keep our shipping costs overseas as low as we can, some orders may be shipped without boxes.

Customs & Taxes

Please note that all shipments sent outside of the EU may be liable to import duties and taxes. We recommend checking with your local customs office for full details on these charges.
Local customs agencies may occasionally perform security checks on shipments which can lead to delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our control.

Our Returns Policy; Zero Hassle Returns

If it doesn’t fit, you don’t like the colour or there’s something wrong with the item all you have to do is post the item back to us and we’ll take care of the rest.

International Tracking

For international orders, the Royal Mail International Signed For service offers limited information. This will state when the package was dispatched, when it was received by Royal Mail, when it was passed onto the overseas delivery service, and when it was finally delivered.

Detailed tracking information in your country may be available. Confirmed postal services that will accept and track Royal Mail items are listed below. Select your region and find your country below. If available, you will be able to input your Royal Mail tracking number.
