About Our Shoes

We personally select all the shoes we have for sale. We can supply Clarks, Start-Rite, Chipmunks, Buckle My Shoe, Richter, Garvalin, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Noel, and many others – but our stocks and sizes of shoes are limited and are dependent upon availability from our suppliers.

All our shoes are brand new and most are available in boxes – if so desired. There are some that may be out of season stock or not in their original box. Wherever possible, we send shoes out in the original boxes (to some overseas destinations and for larger orders, they are well packed in a protective jiffy bag without boxes to keep postage costs and weight limits to a minimum).

Most of the photographs shown on our web site are taken by ourselves. We try not to use stock photographs.

Availability of our shoes is quite simply what our suppliers have available at the time, hence they tend to sell out quickly. Our site is updated monthly with new stock and sizes, so please keep checking back or email us if you would like to be added to our email list when new stocks are added. Shoes are sold on a first come, first served basis. We are human and occasionally make mistakes and may be out of stock – if there is a problem we will contact you as soon as possible.

We’ve Made A Mistake

Oops! Occasionally mistakes happen. In the event that we have sent out an incorrect or faulty item, please accept our apologies and get in touch with us.
Simply drop us an email at quoting your order number and detailing the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible and look to replace the item or adequately recompense you. All postage will be reimbursed for returns of faulty or incorrect items.
