We post via Royal Mail 24 or 48 Tracked in the UK (please note these are not a guaranteed service and are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions). Orders placed by 12 noon are usually dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) wherever possible. We aim to keep you informed via email of the progress of your order. If you require an update at any stage though, please do not hesitate to contact us.
If order is received before 12 noon it will leave the same day for next working day delivery (subject to stock availability). Any problems we will let you know as soon as possible. Please note: We do not post on a Saturday so orders after c12 noon on Friday will be posted on the Monday following.
A full refund for the cost of the shoes will be issued if they are returned back to us (unfortunately at your cost) within 14 days and in the same condition as when we sent them out.
Shoes returned after this period and/or in worse condition will not qualify for any refund.
If a replacement pair of shoes is required (because the originals did not fit) contact us regarding an exchange. If replacement shoes are a result of a manufacturing fault with the original pair – these will be supplied free of charge.

You may return any products you have purchased within 14 days of delivery for any reason (including if you have simply changed your mind). In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched by Shoes for kids.
Please remember to put a copy of your payment or relevant paperwork in with the shoes you are returning so we know who they are from!
Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, and photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
We will not refund postage on orders returned “Not Called For” by Royal Mail.
You are responsible for return postage costs so please obtain a proof of posting. If the product is faulty we will refund the cost of postage. The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
NOTE: There is an administration charge of £3 if the item(s) is received after 14 days but within 28 days of receipt.
Once we receive the shoes in a satisfactory condition, we shall refund the cost of the goods minus the postage charge to the original account charged. Refunds will be paid as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. Customers are liable for the cost of returning shoes back to us. Please remember to put a copy of your order details in with the shoes you are returning so we know who they are from!

If you have made payment by debit or credit card, refunds will generally take 1-2 business days to appear in your account.
If you have made payment through an existing balance on Paypal, refunds will generally take 5-7 business days to appear in your Paypal account.
If you have made payment through a debit or credit card or bank transfer through Paypal, refunds will take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. But all shoes are posted Royal Mail Tracked in the UK (Airmail overseas) and a certificate of posting & receipt will always be obtained by us.
In the rare event that a parcel does go missing, you will need to file a claim against the post office.
We will, however, be happy to forward all information (receipt /certificate) on request, to the post office, along with all relevant payment details to help with your claim.
We also cannot be held responsible if details of your address on your PayPal account are out of date which results in a parcel being sent to the wrong address.
