Please email us to let us know you are returning shoes for a refund/exchange. We will then email you the details. Please ensure you put a copy of your payment or relevant paperwork in with the shoes you are returning so we know who they are from!
You are responsible for return postage costs so please obtain a proof of posting. If the product is faulty we will refund the cost of postage. The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
You may return any products you have purchased within 14 days of delivery for any reason (including if you have simply changed your mind). In order to claim a refund, returned goods must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when dispatched by Shoesforkids.

Return the items by royal mail via your local post office or by a reputable courier. Please ask for a proof of posting.
Once we receive the shoes in a satisfactory condition, we shall refund the cost of the goods minus the postage charge, to the original account charged. Refunds will be paid as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours.
NOTE: There is an administration charge of £3 if the item(s) is received after 14 days but within 28 days of receipt.

Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged on receipt, and photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
